A half-day between heritage and exceptional vineyards

Your afternoon starts with a commented bus tour in Bordeaux to better understand the key stages of the development of this provincial capital. On this occasion you can admire the quays, a jewel of 18th century classical architecture and registered with UNESCO in 2007.

Then, change of scenery in Saint-Émilion where you will discover all the wine-growing landscapes registered with UNESCO in 1999 before walking through the medieval city and its astonishing monolithic church.

After some free time, you will enjoy a winegrower's dinner on a wine-growing estate before attending the fireworks display on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the UNESCO inscription of the Jurisdiction of Saint-Émilion.

THE MOST:

  • A friendly snack in a wine estate shared with the winegrower (and his wines).
  • Guided discovery of two UNESCO listed sites in half a day.


PRACTICAL INFORMATION: 
- BILINGUAL FRENCH-ENGLISH PROGRAM
- Full programme with a visit to Bordeaux, departing from the Bordeaux Tourist Office (12 lessons on 30 July) at 13:00 (return 00:30) 
- Programme without the visit of Bordeaux, meeting at the tourist office of Saint-Emilion at 14h30, meeting with the guide at 12h00 (end of the programme at 23h00)
- From 5 to 25 people.
- Children under 12 years old not accepted.
