The estate covers 3.93 hectares, including 1.42 hectares of old Merlot vines planted on the highest point of Saint Étienne de-Lisse, in the heart of the Saint Émilion AOC.
This exceptional terroir offers a breathtaking panorama facing prestigious neighbours such as Château Valandraud and Château de Pressac. This veritable vineyard garden at an altitude of 91 metres at the highest point of the Saint-Émilionnais offers a breathtaking experience!
The château house, refurbished in 2025, combines elegance and authenticity, blending rustic charm with refined comfort. Entirely privatisable for family stays or exclusive seminars, it can accommodate up to 6 people, with breathtaking views of the vineyards and surrounding grands crus.
The estate's vintages are available for tasting and purchase on site, allowing you to prolong the experience and take home a piece of this exceptional terroir.
