Workshop Biodynamic awareness in the vines and in the wine

FÊTE DES VENDANGES: BIODYNAMIC AWARENESS WORKSHOP IN THE VINES AND IN THE WINE AT CHÂTEAU FONROQUE

Château Fonroque, the first Grands Crus Classés in the Bordeaux region to be certified biodynamic in 2008, is offering you a unique and immersive experience to discover biodynamic viticulture at the heart of its vineyards.

This adventure will begin with a life-size demonstration of how horses work in the vineyard, in collaboration with ‘Cheval des Vignes’.

You'll continue with a tour of the estate and its herbal tea room to learn more about the principles of this approach. All the secrets of biodynamics will be revealed to you: preparations, infusions, the lunar calendar, and much more.

The workshop will conclude with a guided tasting of three biodynamic Saint-Emilion Grands Crus Classés.
