FÊTE DES VENDANGES : WINE & CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP IN THE QUARRIES OF SAINT-EMILION

Alongside the estate manager, go underground to discover the history of the Couvent des Jacobins and the secrets behind the making of its wines.

Then, take a break in time in the heart of the quarries and enjoy a commented tasting of a selection of Grands Crus Classés paired with chocolates concocted by Maëlig, an artisan chocolatier based in Saint-Emilion.
