With their vignerons, take an amazing walk through 3 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé estates.

At Château Cadet-Bon, you discover the role of beehives and melliferous fallow land.

Then, at Château Dassault, you explore the grounds and nursery -a real hive of biodiversity.

Finally, at Château Petit Faurie de Soutard, you learn about its special vine-growing approach based on the interaction between the living world and habitats.

You finish with a tasting of 3 Grand Cru Classé wines
