This mill is a story of people. Together, the owner, volunteers and staff bring this heritage to life and help it evolve, for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
It was in the 1930s that the old watermill was modernised. Its stone millstones were replaced by metal cylinders. During the guided tour, you’ll discover the incredible ingenuity of the system through which the wheat grains travel to be sorted, washed, brushed, crushed, sifted and finally turned into flour.
