Through three sensory and educational tastings, discover tasting techniques, wine vocabulary, the texture of wine and food and wine pairings, to explore classified growths in a different way, combining discovery, pleasure and sharing.
First tasting: Sensory approach – sight, nose, palate
Explore the basics of wine tasting by awakening your senses: observe the colour, identify the aromas, and experience the textures and flavours. An accessible and progressive method, ideal for understanding the language of wine.
Second tasting: Tactile approach – using the ‘Toucher du vin®’ tool
Discover an innovative method created by Cyrille Tota, for which we are accredited. Thanks to unique tactile aids, perceive the structure of the wine in a different way: its tannins, its roundness, its intensity. A fun, surprising and educational experience.
Third tasting: A gourmet approach – food and wine pairings
Because the pleasure of wine is best shared at the table, try out some delicious pairings with local specialities such as “chocolates from local artisans, local delicacies”. Taste, compare, discuss… and leave with simple tips to enhance your meals.
